This website is operated by Paredes Pino QTC SLP. The brand Redo-me is a registered name by Paredes Pino QTC SLP. Manuel García de Paredes and Fernando García Pino are the founding partners of Paredes Pino QTC SLP. By accessing or purchasing from this website, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms apply to all users of the site, including browsers, customers, and contributors.

2. Products & Orders

  • All products are designed and self-produced by our studio, ensuring unique craftsmanship and quality.

  • For Mini-Yo micro-sculptures, a preliminary drawing will be sent for approval before final production.

  • Since each piece is custom-made, returns are only accepted in case of defects, not for dissatisfaction with the design.

  • Orders are subject to availability and confirmation of payment.

3. Pricing & Payments

  • Prices are listed in EUR (€) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

  • We accept all major credit cards supported by Stripe and PayPal. • Payments are processed securely through Stripe and PayPal.

  • We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but changes will not affect confirmed orders.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Currently, we only ship within the European Union.

  • Estimated shipping times will be provided at checkout.

  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes (if applicable).

  • We are not responsible for delays due to customs, courier issues, or unforeseen circumstances.

5. Returns & Refunds

  • As all Mini-Yo pieces are custom-made and approved before production, returns are only accepted in case of defects.

  • If you receive a defective product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@redo-me.com with photos and order details.

  • If a return is approved, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Refunds will be processed minus Stripe or PayPal transaction fees.

6. Exchanges & Store Credit

  • Instead of refunds, we offer Redo-me gift cards for the value of the returned product, which can be used for future purchases.

  • If an exchange is necessary due to a product issue, customers will cover return shipping costs and applicable transaction fees.

7. Intellectual Property

All designs, images, and content on this website are the intellectual property of Paredes Pino QTC SLP. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is strictly prohibited.

8. Liability & Disclaimer • We strive to ensure that all information on this website is accurate, but we do not guarantee that all descriptions, images, or prices are error-free.

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products.
