Ordering & Customization
How does the Mini-Yo customization process work?
Place your order on our website.
Send us a full-body photo to hello@redo-me.com.
We create a preliminary drawing and send it for your approval.
Once approved, we produce your custom Mini-Yo using CNC carving.
In 14 days, your Mini-Yo will be ready to ship!
What happens if I don’t like the drawing?
If the drawing is not satisfactory and you decide to cancel the order, the Mini-Yo will not be produced, and we will refund 40% of the total cost + shipping fees
Can I request modifications after approving the drawing?
No, once you approve the drawing, we proceed with production, and changes cannot be made.
What size are the Mini-Yo sculptures?
They are scaled at 1:15, but dimensions may vary depending on the design.
2. Payments & Discounts
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit/debit cards (via Stripe) and PayPal.
Do you offer discounts for group orders or families?
Yes! For orders of 4 or more Mini-Yo sculptures, a 10% discount is automatically applied at checkout.
Are there additional discounts for large families or big groups?
Yes, for large families or big group orders, production time may be longer depending on the workload, and we may offer additional volume discounts. Contact us at hello@redo-me.com for a custom quote.
3. Shipping & Delivery
Where do you ship?
Currently, we only ship within the European Union due to customs and shipping management reasons.
Can I order from outside the EU?
If you’re outside the EU and highly interested in purchasing, please contact us at hello@redo-me.com, and we will evaluate the possibility of shipping to your location.
How long does it take to receive my order?
Each Mini-Yo is custom-made and takes 14 days to be ready for shipping. For large orders, processing time may be longer.
Can I track my order?
Yes, once your order is shipped, we will send you a tracking number via email.
4. Returns & Exchanges
Can I return my Mini-Yo if I don’t like it?
Since each piece is custom-made and pre-approved, returns are only accepted in case of defects.
What if my product arrives damaged?
If your product arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days at hello@redo-me.com with photos, and we’ll assist you.
Do you offer exchanges?
Instead of refunds, we offer Redo-me gift cards for future purchases. Return shipping costs and Stripe/PayPal fees will be deducted.
